I can't validate License for FredoCorner and so on..

I had bought the License for Fredocorner , but can't validate it ,Why?
there is a message "mag_validation_error Request to Sketchucation = Error_A0C"

What does it mean?

Make sure you have the latest release of Sketchucation Tools v4.2.5 installed. You also need LibFredo

I checked my ExtenstionStore Version is V4.2.5 and Fredo6 LibFredo6 12.8a,
But got the same problem as my said above. so I attatched my screenshot, please tell me how to work.

Error A0C means there's something up with the computer name. Try deleting your signature file and restarting SketchUp. Then validate.
