Help with CabMaker 32 License?

Hi There, I recently purchased CabMaker32 extension for $30 but I can't get the license to work. Anyone have a recommendation to fix this or another valid .DXF export for SketchUp2017?

I'm in the same boat with trying to get a hold of Garry.
I've had to reinstall cutmaster and despite entering in my login credentials, it says I am not registered.
I've emailed but had no response.
I hope Garry is OK.
Does anyone know how to get a hold of @GKernan other than email?

I had to suddenly get a new computer and have been trying to have my license reset since 3/11/22. I originally emailed Gary my user ID and heard nothing. I tried via the site and then emailed again 3/15. He then Gary responded to then email asking for my userid and I replied back within an hour. I never heard back from Gary and its been another 5 days. So 10 days of me trying to get in contact with Gary for an update. It appears that Gary was at some point very responsive, but its looking like that's no longer the case. Though this extension is amazing, I cannot use it and there seems to be a lacking in support. I hope that everything is ok and he just needs an assistant. I have other extensions where I can update my info via my account page and my account is reset instantly.
