Fredospline, Problem finding toolbar

After installing fredospline i cannot find the toolbar to start using it. Looking for advice

Did you also install the LibFredo ?
Did you restart SketchUp after everything was installed ?There's a Tools submenu containing these tools...
There's an optional Toolbar which needs activating...
