Skatter objects not appearing!

Hello,
I decided to try out Skatter after not using it for a few months. Now when I use it on a grouped surface, nothing appears. I am using Sketchup 2019 Pro and I even tried to download older versions of Skatter but it's still not working. Please help!

Since this is a licensed addon for SketchUp I would recommend going to Skatter Support and getting help via their support system.
