A simple scene to test a new renderer , Luxcore for Blender.

I used a free scene that we can download in the website of the software. Last picture.

the head of the cat was made in Sketchup.

I have seen there is a Luxcore standalone version but seems a true mess (line command etc) 😛

It's an easy render inside Blender ? (Blender being also a true mess) 💚

Luxcore is the new version of luxrender.
it is complicated as it is a PBR renderer, you have to learn all the stuff that goes with it.
More render parameters than in Cycles (Blender) to deal with but there are some tutorials on the web, and in French (by Francois Grassard for example).

Blender is not a mess, it is complicated. 💚

A concept of magic wand for an evil character, Sveta. A kind of Rasputine but more in the Dolores Umbridge (Harry Potter) way.

The bracelets are 3dscans of a Gabon's viper.

Made with mostly Sketchup ans a little of Zbrush.
                                        Render CyclesX.
