Error message when trying to generate video.

Hi,
I am new to using this program. I am not able to save/generate videos as I keep getting an error message as soon as the video is done generating...and before I am able to save. (see attached screenshot).
I have tried all different frame rates. I am using Windows 10 operating system. I am using SketchUP Pro 2020.
Any advice would be appreciated!

You seem to have a wrong program assignment...
For whatever reason, Animator is trying to open 7-zip instead of FFmpeg.
Can you reinstall FFmpeg properly (following the instructions), that is extracting the FFmpeg.exe file.
It looks like you have just renamed the zip file you downloaded as FFmpeg.exe.
