Too many machines?

I cannot start 2020 pro as I am apparently using too many machines, another weird situation. Anyone else seen this?
I only have the one 'machine' so no idea why I should have this multiplication.

What does it say when you click on 'Manage Activations'?

It just takes to a page where sketchup 2020 is authorised with one seat. Thgere is nothing I can change in any way. Weird or what?

Might be a bit obvious but have you tried a cold reboot? Everything off, puters, lappies, modems, wifi etc (inc. phone).
Wait a couple of mins and start up again. Worth a try... -
Yes I have but the problem persists after an overnight break so still puzzled.
