My Soften Coplanar Missing... How to get it back?

Hi there. While using Sandbox tool for my grass, it says to also tick off the box of Soften Coplanar under Smooth normals but, there's no Soften Coplanar as the snapshot shows so my grass looks weird... Should I delete sandbox to reinstall? What can I do to get it back?

What version of SketchUp? What is your display scaling set to?

Thanks Dave. My SU is 2018, and display scaling was 250% but now changed to 200%,150% and 225%, there's still no Soften Coplanar... I tried turning the Soften Edge on and off from the default tray.

Try going to 150% again. Then reboot the computer and open SketchUp. Any better?

Unfortunately it didn't, and now the whole tray went missing... Don't seem to getting it back no matter how I change the scale setting and reboot. I'll update SU to try again, I remember I had it before.
