Ouverture fichier sketchup

Bonjour
Je viens de télécharger SKETCUP Pro 2019 sur mon ordinateur mais lorsque j'ouvre un nouveau fichier à partir des gabarits rien ne s'affiche dans la fenêtre (pas d'axe et pas de bonhomme)
Quelqu'un peut m'expliquer le problème?

Usually this indicates the graphics card isn't working correctly. You can try going to Window>Preferences>OpenGL and change the setting for Use Fast Feedback. That often helps.
Also, go directly to the graphics card maker's site and get their latest drivers.
In case you missed this step when installing SketchUp, find the downloaded installer, right click on it and select Run as administrator. Then when the option is presented, choose Repair.
