I know sketchup saves the last 100 actions, so if in an exceptional situation you need to go more than 100 steps back, you are screwed. Is there a way to increase this number? Maybe going into registry?
I'm asking since some of the plugins I use take up more than 1 action. It happens often with vray, after changing some settings, my geometry is practically not undo-able, since vray tends to take all the 100 steps available.

Not that I'm aware of. I expect that would require getting into the base code of the software. You could get in the habit of making incremental saves so you have some point to return to if needed.
