In-sketchup warehouse login issue

Hi everyone, is there a way to stay logged in the warehouse within sketchup?
Right now, whenever I close and re-open the program or just open a new file, I have to login again.
Not a serious issue but it's just annoying.

When you installed SketchUp, did you right click on the downloaded installer and choose 'Run as administrator' from the Context menu? If not or you aren't sure, close SketchUp and do it now. We're now up to version 2019.3. You might as well download it and update while you are at it. Once you have SketchUp correctly installed, see if you can remain logged in.
Do you have a Subscription license or is it the Classic license?
