Hi - for a "contemporary building" your design has too much classic modern architecture touch for me - and that's almost 100 years ago after all and so not contemporary at all
Is there more to see besides this big room for 2 seated?
Otherwise: excellent SkUp-craftsmanship in modelling and rendering

I like the render but agree with others reference the viability. What purpose would the space serve?

It is a nice stylish render
However I must agree with HornOxx that the interior lets it down because it is entirely unconvincing as a livable space.

Otherwise: excellent SkUp-craftsmanship in modelling and rendering You're right of course. I didn't really set out to make a contemporary building in particular, I just started "doodling." When it came time to post it, I needed to come up with a title and "Contemporary Building" was the first thing that came to mind.
