Animator Problem with Vray Next/Spherical Cam
-
Hi, i am trying to render object moving animation with VRAY NEXT (Sketchup 2019)
My VRAY camera is set to VR-Spherical Camera. My problem ist that the animator just skips the frame even if it is not done, when the elapsed time of that frame goes over 10:36.
How can i solve this problem?Hooni

There is a time out in Animator for the duration of the generation of each frame. I could of course increase the timeout value, but 10 minutes is already a lot.
I would suggest that you tweak the VRAY parameters to get the generation of each frame to be much faster, even if you lose a little bit of quality. In an animation, this is usually acceptable.

how can i increase the timeout value? im rendering with for my VR with Stereo-Option for Camera on. So i kinda need that quality.
it would be great actually if there is no timeout at all!
thx for quick answer! -

thx for quick answer!I have increased the timer to 60 minutes instead of 10 minutes. I hope this will be enough.
Please install LibFredo6 v9.1b.

sorry i installed it!
last question would be if its possible to have the timeout more than 60?
i wann have really high resoultion with vray and for that i need actually half a day to render a frameand if you render over animator with vray, vray swarm doesnt work. is there any way to make vray swarm work with animator?

OK. I'll make it configurable in the next release.
I hope this will work for you.

Are you seriously going to invest 75 days for say 1 min animation (15 FPS)?

It takes not that long
a little
but result is impressive with vr -
I guess throwing the model to UE and evenlearning it from zero would take considerably less time
