Problems Installing/Transferring License to new computer

I am having a difficult time getting a new computer up and running. My old computer crapped out and I am starting over with a new machine. Please get me all new codes to get me back up and running on all of the new software and my old stuff too.
When I put in the code below it says I have too many installations to activate it on my new machine. I only had one other machine.
Send me an email and I can give you my KeyCode, but you should have it....

I have checked my email everyday Yoni and I have gotten nothing from you to address this issue....Very annoyed at this point in time. Even checked my SPAM folder and nothing in there either.
Send me info ASAP so I can keep being productive.

I don’t know why you aren’t receiving any emails. I received your email today which I replied to.
Please try to activate with the same license key you supplied in your email. If you get an error message, send a screenshot so I can see what the issue is.

It actually activated properly this time....Sorry for any confusion....still do not know why I am not getting the emails from you. I get your update emails when you have new stuff to look at or download.....

The price for FlexPack Pro is 99 Euros a year. In US dollars (today) it's about $110. -
What about if I am upgrading from a previous version??? Be kind I am trying to get back ion my feet from several surgeries.
I am also willing to help you out for any future endeavors to help test and perfect the software.
