      Hi All - I need some joint push-pull instructions please
      I often use this tool and in most cases everything runs perfectly - but every now and then I get a result like shown below, which is definitely due to my model quality itself - what do I miss?

        What happens if you erase those excess edges? Do the faces remain? Running ThomThom's CleanUp3 might take care of it.

        These edges might be related to the edges that sometimes appear when Intersect Faces is run.

          ... thanks Dave - yes, the faces remain after manual cleaning but there seem to be some randomly face reversions here and there. Good idea to run ThomThom's CleanUp!

            So at least the faces are remaining coplanar. I'm not sure why you would wind up with reversed faces. Maybe Fredo will be along. I can't test your file unfortunately . I'm sat here on a couch far away from my computer.
