Materials - missing

Please help/advise
Sketchup Pro 2018.
I have no materials folder, where can I (hopefully) download the default materials.
Nothing is showing in my sidebar in 'Materials' tab.
No materials folder is showing in Trimble Sketchup in my programs folder.
No materials folder is showing in my user-app data-roaming-sketchup 2018 ...I have repaired programme via installation disc.
I have deleted and reinstalled programme via installation disc.
I have closed and restarted my system & I have had a coffee and swore at the setup. -
You say you reinstalled SketchUp. When you installed/reinstalled, did you right click on the installer exe file and choose Run as administrator?

No, I did not, I will give that a try.

All materials now available, I again re-installed, swore at it; had another coffee and they are showing.
