[Feature Request] Startup Diagnostic

Is there a way to diagnose a startup? My Sketchup 2017 is way too slow starting up. I have no way to know if there's any plugin at all that's causing the delay since there is no startup log with time input being generated (example, like a log of plug in loaded + time elapsed each plugin).
I appreciate any feedback!

If you have LibFredo installed you can go to Window > LibFredo Settings... to view Trace Logs and Performances.
This does not show info for every extension but only Fredo extensions. Maybe with a gentle poke Fredo could expand it to show how other tools affect startup times.
