Morning.jpgThanks Mike and Bryan, I have finished the experiment with a morning shot as the boys have pulled an all nighter πŸ‘
And Bryan I somehow think we use the same render engine;)

Really liked the atmospherics in your first rendered version, many will identify with the 'all nighter' I'm sure. The damaged plaster on the wall is a nice touch as well. Can I suggest the addition of a desk lamp for task lighting and slightly less light emission from the screens?

I think I would go with the first still, it just works better for me.

Nice images, L. One thing missing in the first image are reflections of the interior on the windows. Also, for added realism, if it's an all-nighter their desk should have coffee cups, coke cans, and candy wrappers on it πŸ˜„.

                My avatar is an anachronism.

Hi Danial, I have added sugar hits in spite of a "clear desk" policy πŸ˜‰
There are other issues with this render but am suffering from renderers fatigue πŸ˜‰ Morning 7.jpg

Agreed, the setting may be different but the atmosphere definitely. You could slice that and put it in a sandwich.

Thanks very much guys πŸ‘ It took a lot of patients but definitely was a learning curve for me πŸ˜‰ I genuinely think rendering is an art, and the more I learn the more I realise I know very little πŸ˜‰

The last image turned out great and is an obvious evolution from the previous images.

Thanks Bryan, nice to hear that all that tweaking wasn't for nothing πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜„ It feels hard to justify sometimes πŸ˜‰

It's always worth it. The first image was damn good but the final image is excellent. πŸ‘
