Ohm meter / Contact Detection

Anyone knows if there is a ohm meter like feature/extension?
Idea would be that you have different parts built in one project and you can use a probe just like in a multimeter to check if two parts are physically connected. Ideally it beeps as well just like in real world.Of course I am assuming that all connected parts are metal.
