V-Ray rendering not showing transparencies
-
Hi
I'm new into V-Ray, so don't expect that I changed something on rendering options. For now, I only use V-Ray for testing purposes.
Well, I'm working on a skyscraper model and each window is painted with transparent material. Both sides of the each windows are painted with transparent material, allowing to see each floor of the building.
Here is a render of my building showing transparencies
(The render was stopped, but you can still see the detail)
At 12/2 00:20 am, transparencies stopped working and each windows instead of looking transparent, now looks painted in black colour. At that moment, the SketchUp Pro trial period ended. This is how the windows looks like.
Here is another building model that I made for testing purposes, before this, the transparent materials used to work well, but now the model looks like blue colored box.
Can someone help me?
Here are the links of each model

Go to refraction layer of the glass and change color from black to white. Or just replace all the glass with standard V-Ray glass.

Thanks! I changed the refraction color from black to white and worked.
Thanks! Since the problem was solved, is time to close this thread.
