Problem when rendering vray 3.4

Hello, I would like you to help me with this problem if you are so kind.
At the time of the render, I do not leave some parts of the scene as you can see in the image, the part of the staircase and the wall.
Use vray 3.4.04Psd: these parts do not appear when I have a broader view of the whole model

Hi, I am not totally sure what you are asking can you be more clear?
Are you having trouble with camera clipping the model? If so here is video tutorial to solve it...
