Material preview is missing - please help

hi. when i go to the materials in v-ray i cant see the chosen material in the preview window. how i can solve that ? see photo attached

When this happens to me I just save and close SketchUp. Then I open it again.
Try also to click on that three dots on the top right corner and change the material view. Could it be just a graphic's problem?
