Toolbars in 2018 pro

I have recently updated to 2018 pro and since then, when I make a change to the toolbar, it does not save it when I close and reopen as did previous versions. Is there a new setting for this? Thanks, Jerry

When you install SketchUp in recent versions, if you do NOT install it correctly, the various issues can appear...
To try and reset things properly, try the following...
Close all instances of SketchUp.
Find SketchUp's installer exe file - probably in your Downloads folder ?
[if not. then download it again]
Select that exe file's icon.
Right-click > Context-menu > "Run as administrator .."
When prompted choose "Repair" [it if a fresh installation, then you need to choose 'Install'...]
When completed, restart your PC, then restart SketchUp...
