I have it installed and see the three little icons, but haven't figured out how to change the North angle in my model,
or can I with this extension / whatever it's called??

Hover over the Icons, the tooltips are self-explanatory. Remember to update your scene if you want the angle to 'stick'.

Yes I see Toggle Animation, Save the North Angle, and the List for Scenes, but how to I change the North angle?

Forgot to say I'm using SUp 2015, in SUp Ver 5 we were able to change the North angle, I forget how though.

If you're on Pro - you can download the SolarNorth plugin by SketchUp. With that one, you can easily set the north angle.
