Sketchucation password woes

Hello,
My name is David Mussett, I am a disabled Sketchup Pro 2017 user in Guelph, Ontario Canada, and I registered with you the other day with a free subscription to Sketchucation and Sketchucation Store. Because of my disability, I have forgotten my Sketchucation password, and I would like at this time to reset it. I had a stroke a few years ago, my right side is in the proverbial sling, and if I don't write things down, things I need to remember tend to get lost. I remember my username only because I wrote it down when I applied for it. My email address is [REMOVED] if you could be so kind as to either retrieve or reset my account with you.
