Great projects Antoine and the designs are a mix of old and new...are this all your designs?
Your visualizations are good but needs to update it and push the bar even higher, your sketchup modeling is excellent though.

Yeah, I'm a Design Architect, but ultimately the client and my boss are in control of what direction the designs end up.
The Grand Prairie projects (the first set that made the "Make it Real" thing) and the Mesquite project - that is a little more the firm's design direction. The Courthouse was the result of a client that was set in the past, but couldn't see what a modern version of a courthouse could be...they lacked vision and only felt comfortable with the familiarity of the past. It was a disappointing design project for the whole team, as you can see from the nearly 30-50 designs we cranked out...all in all, they got what they wanted and we made sure that it had some good classic and modern details. -
Guess I didn't post this here...two of my projects were chosen for the SketchUp Showcases...
Grand Prairie Public Safety

Great stuff mate, planning on adding animations in the future?

Pretty slick cop shops! Nice work! Some great looking renders. I'll have to take some time to study these!

I'll have to check and see if any of my Lumion movies are worthy of showing off.
We have started playing with the Lumion VR feature recently though - so maybe at some point that will be something to share.
BTW - love the avatar Solo.

Some really great looking work. Another north Texan that makes me feel very inadequate....
I have also been looking at the VR stuff with SimLab Composer 8.0.7. Some interesting stuff. There animation tools seem pretty powerful as well.
Solo, they mix rendering with animation that has some capabilities that match both Animator and MS Physics.
Wish I could learn from some of you guys but I just do not have the artistic talents that most of you possess.

Looking to see if I had uploaded one of my Lumion fly throughs I came across this video...this is for a project that I don't think I have posted about. NRH (North Richland Hills) - City Hall, Public Safety and Courts building. A quite large project!
Apparently the metal panel supplier created this video...

Thanks Dave!
I'll have to check out those since we are really just starting to investigate VR, how we can use it and how far to go with it. We've only used Lumion's tools since we already own it.

Another nice one..........

Richardson Heights in Richardson, TX - modeled in SketchUp, then Revit...but rendered in Lumion (just shortly after they added interior lights as a feature.
Now that pool would be full of Lumion people, for sure.
