Does it happen on every startup? What version of Windows?
Do you have any instances of SketchUp still open when you restart SketchUp? -
It stopped to appear. I did upgrade on those plugins earlier and maybe opened SU bit to early.

Could be that there was still a SketchUp process still using some of the files from the old version.
Let me know if it should return.
