Sketchup V-Ray output limits?
-
Good afternoon everyone,
I have been asked to create a rendering that is 68 inches wide and 144 inches high.
This is much bigger than I am used to making, so when I input the numbers in the V-Ray output, then hit render, this window shows up, and then nothing else happens.

Please let me know if anyone has faced similar problems and come up with any solutions! If it helps, I am using
-27" iMac
-OSX 10.11.2
-Sketchup 2016
-V-Ray 2.00.26494Cheers,
James -
I've had to deal with that in the past. First off - Is the poster going to be seen up close or at a distance, is it possible to render a smaller image and increase the size in post?
The alternative would be to render it to a file so it doesn't take up all the memory whilst rendering.Robert

Hi Robert, thank you for your reply.
It will be inside a presentation centre, so yes it will be seen relatively close.
What would be the settings to render to a file?
Cheers -
See Attached.
Hopefully this helps.Rob
