Sketchup Layout 2016 opening runtime error

Good Day Sketchup Guys:
I'm having trouble upon opening Sketchup Layout 2016, it always ended with runtime error and bugsplat after. I just have to screenshot the windows error cause it will disappear after bugsplat window appear. I don't know if its compatibility issue with windows 10 or outdated program.
Kindly give me advise and solution please. Thank You

Did you visit Microsoft.com and try updating your VC package?
I run Windows 10 and SketchUp 2016 and see no issues.
