Layout 2016 layer help

Hi all.

Is there a way to have a cover page that doesn't include the locked layer info? Like i have dates and lines that are shown on all pages, but i would like my cover to be clean and basic. Similar to the make unique command in sketchup?
I hope that makes sense.

Click on the eye icon for that layer to make it gray out while you're on the cover page. That will make that layer invisible for that page.

Oh! I forgot. You need to stand on one foot with your other foot behind your head and your tongue touching your nose.
