A friend of mine, wants to learn SU but he lost his left arm in an accident. Is there a mouse in which he could use CRTL + SHIFT + ALT keys

      Thanks

there are some programmable units (mostly gaming market aimed) that you can set up just about how you would like, be warned that they aren't what I would call inexpensive

the one show below is from RAZER

The simplest option is to use a floating on screen keyboard.
There are a few around that can be easily resized allowing you to put it anywhere on the screen without getting in the way. This gives you all keyboard shortcuts without leaving the mouse.

Using a gaming mouse for example like Juju suggested is probably a good idea.
Here is a good and quite intelligent freeware tool for occupying(?) such special mouse keys and a
"how to use it" video shown on YouTube.

You could also try to use mouse gestures to change tools. I haven't used it before, but have a go: http://www.tcbmi.com/strokeit/
