My daydreams are similar - they are characterized by my good frontface side.
However, I am afraid of the nights - since my backface then appears...What should I do ?!?!?

I often find myself doing as I try to orbit with the middle mouse button in other 2D graphic programs

I do often wonder why life didn't come with the PushPull tool. Things would've been sooooo much easier.

Um .. .that goes without saying. But constantly hitting cntrl+Z would tend to screw up everyone's day.
