    Hi,

Since some time I'm encountering a light glitch when rendering immitated LED lights. I tried numerous ways to keep the light inside the LED block but it keeps breaking away from the mesh and it shows up chaotic. The 3D model is a Humster3D product, very complex and well done.

In the first image it seems that the car body is transparent when it's not, and in the second the exterior parts - the bumper and trunk integrated aileron - get too much light. I'm using a frosted glass for the LED covering since the 2sided didn't show better results. Each omni light has 3W power.

    I'm using SU 2015 64bit with VR 2.0 64bit.

Or if it's wrong, are there better ways to simulate BMW backlight LEDs using Vray? I'm using as reference Duron Automotive's BMW M6 renderings.

Have you tried any other light types? It looks like you are using Omni lights, which may not be right for an LED tail light. Maybe try Sphere lights or Rec lights. Since an LED is typically a very small rectangular light, it might be necessary to model it as such.
