Problem with drawing and printing

Hi. I have problems with drawing and printing. I bought new laptop and afhter few days after install SU, I have problems. when I want to draw, I can't see lines, in a moment while I'm doing it. When I want to print in high quality it's don't print all lines. On this laptop I have 3 layers, on the old one I had only one. Please help......

I don't understand...layers are a property of a model, not a laptop...?

that's why I have problem. On old laptop I haven't problem like this, and every model had one layer "0", now I have three. I checked all preferences, I'm using this same printer. Only layer are this thig, what is different. I just don't know what to do, I can't draw i can't print....

Your description doesn't make any sense. Perhaps you could share the SKP file?

this sounds like your 'Template' has 3 layers, test a different 'Template' and see if everything works...
it seems to print fine for me...
from your skp 'Print' >> 'Save as pdf'

JOhn it's look great, but: when I want to print it it's probelm on the papier. On pdf you can see, taht some lines are lighter, and those one are not printing ....

I attached pdf, And photos of final prints. Last one is photo oldest print, which I always did. lokk at the differences. What is the problem? on other model, when I print, I can't see half of picture.

I'm unsure, but you do have two completely different qualities of line-work, some looks like imported edges [with lots of tiny steps] and the rest has crisp straight edges [as if drawn in SU]...
was the main building imported from another format?

john no. both I draw by myself, without importing anything. I set wuality of print in the same way... from 4 years I do it in yhis way, and now...
