Can't push pull a box
-
I’ve faced this problem for the first time. I have a simple box and I can’t seem to pull/push it from below. What is preventing me exactly to do my job? Deleting circle does that but I want to know the precise reason.
-
The adjacent 'cylinder' is in the same context and so its geometry prevents the bottom face of the box from being PushPulled - commonly this is seen when a face has conflicting geometry adjoining it.
It can be overcome by selecting the cylinder's geometry and grouping it.
Now the bottom face will PushPull, because there's no conflicting geometry at its edge.
Afterwards, if desired, you can explode the cylinder group so that it merges back with the rest of the box's geometry...
