Round corner bug?

please share ideas how to make correct round corner and what tools to use.

It uses the two edges that you pick.
If one of those is the NOT the nearest to what you desire the 'inverted' arc may occur...
This is always going to be an approximation of a 'fillet, since arcs in SketchUp are 'segmented'.There are tools to determine exact tangent points etc, but SketchUp is NOT a 2d drawing program, but a 3d modeler.... albeit with some 2d add-ons...
