Blacklight Effects

I assume this would all be done with saturated emissive materials, but anyone have any other tricks to achieve these effects?

Interesting idea, wondering if a true unbiased engine like Maxwell or Thea could achieve an accurate result. I have seen lasers done but never a UV light.
