Is it still avaliable? I can´t find it anywhere. I might me going about looking for it the wrong way, I don´t know.

Most likely it has been withdrawn for the moment.
I would advice you to buy Artisan which is improved a lot more. Subdivide$Smooth is Artisan v00.1. -

At the beginning I think there was a discount, but it's been a while.
You should contact Dale on his site and see about it. -
