Text leader sticks when copying

One behaviour I'm not ecstatic about is copying text. If I try and copy a leader and text box combination, the text box moves fine, but the attachment point of the leader does not release from it's original location. If I explode the text/leader group, and then re-group, it copies no problem...is this the new norm?

There're some subtleties about labels. If you select the text box when you copy, you get the copies of the text box and the leader but the insertion point stays fixed. If you click on the leader instead, the insertion point moves with the copied text and leader.
BTW, it would be nice if you'd complete your profile with SU version and OS.
