[solved] crossing selection / window selection
-
Hello, I'm just getting things setup with 2015 x64
[ windows 8.1 x64, cpu: intel i7-4700HQ 2.4 ghz, 8gb memory,
display adapters: intel hd 4600 + nvidia geforce gtx 860M]I don't see the 'dashed line' when selecting with a crossing selection.
however, it does select and highlight objects.I don't see the 'solid line' when selecting with a window selection.
however, it does select and highlight objects.Everything appears to work with plugins, etc. (except that selection
boxes are not visible)Am I missing a setting somewhere ?
Anyone else have this issue ?All works fine with SU8 on the same machine.
[problem solved]

Adjust the settings in OpenGl in the Preferences window. Probably fast feedback.

Selecting by fence draws a rubber-banding box for me on a similar set up in v2015.
Solid lines left-right, dotted right-left, with different outcomes of partially included geometry etc as in earlier versions...

Try alternative Preferences > OpenGL settings ?
Are you Graphics Card drivers up to date ?
