Customizing toolbars
-
Just installed 2014
want to customize my tool bars...just create a couple with my most used buttons.
I cant seem to drag the icons off of the existing toolbars onto my new ones like I could in 2013.
also there is no customize option under view-toolbars
how i do this?

I love toolbars... There are a few options Paul. Sometimes a combination of all of them makes life easier.

Aerilius has a plugin called Toolbar Editor that is very, very handy. Seems to take a bit to load though.

There is probably more that I'm not remembering or am not aware of. Someone else might come behind me and pick up the slack.

If you haven't got it already sorted out, you need to leave the Toolbars window open to be able to modify your toolbars. Then you can drag the tools from the original toolbars to your new custom toolbars. Remember to hold Ctrl while dragging to copy the tools over to the new bars.
