      Hi guys,
I've modelled a whole city in SU and now I want to import in ArcGis 10.2.2.
If I use skp version 6 the entire model is imported as only one feature, while I need one feature for each building/group.
Does anyone know a tool or script for batch saving (or export at least) a SU model consisting of many groups in many single files?
Please help since I don't really want to do it manually!!!
      Thanks,
      Marco

If they were components instead of groups you could save them as a collection of components in a single directory. They'd save out as individual SKP files. No need for any plugins to do it, either.

I'm not quite sure what you are wanting but Tig has a plugin that saves all components from a model separately into relevant folders.

Thanks Box and Dave R, that sounds really interesting.
I need exactly something like this, the only thing is that I probably need to convert manually each group in a component, unless there's a plugin also for this...
            Thanks
            Marco

You could try the confusingly named plugin, Groups to Components. πŸ˜‰
