Sketchup Tool Pallette Layout (Bonkers)

Anyone come across when opening SU, the tool (palettes)never return to their set place? See below. I have a dual monitor, and the tool palettes never stay in place.

I did have that happening until I got my newest computer. Don't know what causes it though.

I haven't seen it but then I keep all of my SU windows and toolbar on one screen and save the other one for other applications.
I've heard of it when a second monitor has been used but then isn't.
