lol. Nice gif.
-
You nailed almost perfectly the worn cardboard material.
Very nice. -
Thanks. Messing up the render in Photoshop was lots of fun.

Sad model designed with SU.

wow, depressing indeed! I like the collaboration between physical and virtual. Makes me want to get out the chipboard and paints and slice away
-
You should. You learn a lot from it. Like what an appallingly bad craftsman you are.
It's fun, though.
-
Mate I'm still so wanting you to do a book or travelling exhibition!
Have you got an online portfolio going for all these great works? They really need to be cataloged somewhere!
-
I love the clay render but equally the stain/filth on the textured one. Deep.
-
Thanks, Oli.
Richard, a travelling exhibition no less? Ah, I can picture it right now. New York! Milan! Tokyo! People queuing in front of the gallery. Curators praising my unique sense of whatever curators think is important.
I'd rather sell posters online or something along those lines. That'd be fun, I think.
-
Yes, put some of them together in an unique image. Something like Bernd e Hilla Becher used to. Love their photos and subjects and their "didascalic" montages. -
I think you should call this collection "Happiness". haha
-
Already taken.

An oldie I re-rendered with Presto. I rendered this at 8000 pixels high for about an hour. And it looked perfect. Presto is impressive.
-
And this one ... 10000 x 5427 pixels, 34 minutes.
-
The lab. I remember that oldie.
Looks like Easter Island still.
-
Yeah. Kinda does.
