Black spots on render

Some black spots are visible on my renderings. Do you know why? I`m using some visopt but the same happend on default settings. Anyone?

Could you please email support@chaosgroup.com with this issue and send a packed scene and model so that we can test it? To pack a scene go to Plugins>V-Ray>Pack Scene, this ensures we recieve all the associated assets.
In the meantime you can try some things to see if it will fix your scene:
- Force Sync all materials: Go to Plugins> V-Ray> Debugging> Force sync all materials
- Try Copying all of your geometry into a new clean empty Sketchup scene.
- Be sure all associated materials/textures are in a location on a local drive that V-Ray can access.
Let me know if any of those solutions helped and when you contact support, let them know you spoke to Ted in the US office initially via the Sketchucation Forums. You may also want to look in the Forums on the http://www.chaosgroup.com website for other solutions to this issue.
