Hello there, Everytime I start up sketchup, the ui resets, also the Keybindings reset too.. this is very fustrating, can someone please help?

Did you try a Repair/Reinstall?

hi, thanks for reply, No I haven't I remember this happening along time ago, but I found a tutorial to stop it. Now I can't find it any more. What I do remember is this, Were I stopped it from happening., I could also change the Look of the UI, colour ect... If that helps.
