View from the bottom of the model

I'm trying to create a scene of a ceiling plan. I can easily cut a section looking up at the ceiling, but is there a way to get a clean parallel projection of the ceiling, similar to what I'd get if I clicked "Top View" to get a roof plan? Is there such a thing as "Bottom View", Or a workaround to get the same effect?

You don't need a plugin to get a bottom view. Just go to Camera>Standard Views and choose Bottom from the menu.
-
With standard Sketchup: select a face of the ceiling (not a group...), right-click and select 'align view' in th context menu.

Never looked to see "bottom" as a standard view. Always something new to learn. Thanks everyone. Now...how do I add an icon for bottom view to the view toolbar? I'm using SU2013.

There isn't an icon to add to the native Views toolbar but you could make a shortcut for Camera/Standard Views/Bottom.

I'd usually end up having a Scene or more for this, once I got going with a project, so an icon wouldn't be so useful. Making it a "reflected" ceiling plan is the trick. Sonder covers this some in his videos.

Ok. Thanks
