Extrude face keeping edges horizontal / vertical

I'm trying to model walls along a rising and curving path (driveway on grade). The Follow Me tool doesn't allow me to keep the top and bottom edges of the profile horizontal, or the vertical edge vertical.

You might also have a look at Eneroth's Upright Extruder in the Extension Warehouse. It seems to work when FAK doesn't.
