I have a problem eith my push/pull tool/knowledge. When i pull in this shape, the inside becomes empty. The floor in this case does not get solid. When i do it woth every other shape the "inside" of the shape is filled "solid" What do i do wrong?

In this case you've divided the face into sections, those flat rims at the edges are evidence of that. What you are getting is exactly the same as if you were pushing a hole through a surface. Your geometry is also inside out, now. There are two solutions. The first would be to run the Push/Pull on an undivided face. The other would be to have SketchUp skin over the opening by tracing an edge of it with the Line tool. If you do that make sure you reverse the faces so you have the white (front) side out.

This is because of the small sides.
Just press Ctrl when you push pull and you'll force the thickening mode.
