CML file format translation help needed

Hi all.
recently mu carpenter friend asked me to translate Cutmaster2d into Persian
and there are some CML files inside the "lang" folder that has the responsibility of translations.
we have 4 letters that there are some prbplem with encoding them including
Ϊ―Ψ Ϊ Ψ ΩΎΨ Ϊ
that there are not included in Arabic alphabet neither.
is there anybody here that may helps me in choosing the wright encoding format?
I am using notepad++, so is there any better app also?Thanks forward

My translator suggests G, G, C, J
But then of course we have the same ASCII letters representing two different Arabic ones ?In Notepad++ ensure that the lang file is saved Encoded as 'UTF8 without BOM'.
If you understand what these letters 'do' in their context [for example, are they within a word - e.g. 'Cut' that needs translating or are they used as 'reference' letters e.g. C=center etc], then it might be easier to translate them.

seems that some parts are going to work fine in converting to ANSI code, but UTF whitout BOM is not working at all
